Grafica Del Conocimiento De La Fertilidad (Fertility Chart)
This is a fully updated Spanish-language edition of a classic natural birth control book, published for Spanish-speaking Americans who wish to explore their reproductive choices without using invasive or hormonal methods of contraception. It provides accurate information on natural and effective reproduction choices based on research and training conducted worldwide. The authors are experienced medical experts in reproductive health, family planning and fertility treatments.
This book shows a woman how to observe her fertility signs, the natural language of her body, and chart these signs to determine when she is most infertile and can safely have intercourse without conceiving. She may also choose to increase her chances of becoming pregnant by tracking the days of the month when she is most fertile.
The two systems explained in detail are Natural Family Planning (NFP) techniques and Fertility Awareness Method (FAM). These techniques, which can be used alone or combined with other methods of contraception, are
- natural and noninvasive
- without the side effects and risks of the Pill
- inexpensive and self-directed
- helpful in developing a couple’s mutual understanding of sexual and emotional needs
The book contains 20 illustrations and over 40 charts and case studies, as well as an up-to-date bibliography.
